Digital Products (Courses, Ebooks, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any digital products, including but not limited to courses, ebooks, webinars, templates, and downloadable resources. Upon purchase, you are granted immediate access to proprietary content that cannot be returned.

In-Person Classes / Training

If you are unable to attend a scheduled class or training:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the class date may be eligible for a transfer to a future date within the same calendar year.

  • $500 KIT & PERMIT Fee is non-refundable and not eligible for transfer, as we reserve your seat and prepare materials specifically for you.

  • Curriculum must be returned if they cancel the course

Merchandise (Physical Products, Kits, Tools)

  • No Returns Or Refunds
